Make the best of A Tree For My Neighborhood fall edition

Starting on August 28th, Montrealers looking to buy a tree will be spoiled with choice thanks to the fall campaign of ‘A Tree for My Neighborhood’ program. For as little as $25 (regular) and $35 (fruit), citizens of Montreal can contribute to greening and beautifying the city by planting trees in their yard. Fall is an excellent time to plant a tree! More than 150 trees have been planted on private property in NDG thanks to the program. Visit atreeformyneighbourhood.org for further details on the available species and to help you choose the right tree. The campaign ends September 30th. Trees purchased will be delivered to either the Éco-quartier NDG or CDN. Residents will be invited to collect their trees in mid-October.

Over the last 3 years, the Éco-quartier NDG has partnered with City of Montreal, Soverdi and Regroupement des Éco-quartiers to offer trees to residents, businesses and institutions at a great price. More than 150 trees have been planted on private property in NDG thanks to the program.

This is a great opportunity to get a tree for your yard at a substantial savings. Don’t miss out! Your lungs will thank you!
