Social cohabitation and people experiencing homelessness

Mobile intervention team

Accompany people experiencing homelessness to the resources they need, in order to meet their basic needs: orientation and support for food security services; orientation and support to emergency shelters (Haltes Chaleur); monitoring of community members who do not have access to community services, etc.

Halte Chaleur (Warming Centre) (December-March)

A space where individuals can spend time, access food, as well as some essential services such as clothing, and shelter from the cold, intended to be a high-threshold service. These services may relax the rules, have fewer admission procedures, and allow people to access services while intoxicated.
